1st Lt. Jeffrey Schwing with the 2-121 Infantry Battalion, 48th IBCT, based in Forsyth goes over instructions with members of the Battalion Tuesday morning before they deep cleaned the Harborview Health Systems nursing home in Thomaston. National Guard battalions have been decontaminating long-term care facilities around Georgia for the last couple of weeks. 1st Lt. Schwing is a teacher and coach at Charlton County High School. Our system salutes him for his dedicated service.
