The Mobile Food Pantry, coordinated through Charlton Family Connections, was held in the parking lot of Champ Bailey Field today. This month, all seniors that have been nominated through our PBIS Student of the Month survey volunteered their time to assist with the event. These students are recognized by faculty and staff for consistently demonstrating positive character traits. CCHS was recently awarded a drone through the Navy SSP STEM Outreach Effort. Our Timber Harvesting class was able to utilize the new drone, last week, by using it to survey/assess a piece of land. We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Rob Birke, who is our Navy SSP STEM rep. He helped guide us through the application process.

FCCLA News: Last week at CCHS, Nijah Abdullah, Laura Daly, Darian Dinkins, and Marissa Green participated in round one of the FCCLA Knowledge Bowl. The top 16 schools in the state, including our CCHS team placing 13th, will advance to round two tomorrow night. Please help us in congratulating these students on a job well done and wishing them luck during round two of this virtual competition!
