On Thursday 12/3 at 6 p.m. we will conduct our virtual Title I ELA Night. ELA teachers in each grade level have designed different presentations for students and parents to view. Tomorrow evening you will received a text message/notification from the school with further instructions.

Tomorrow, October 29th, is the BMS Technology/GMAS Night at 6 pm. We will release more information regarding this virtual meeting tomorrow.

Report cards will be distributed tomorrow, 10/14/20. In your child's report card you will find the School-Parent Compact and the School-Parent Compact signature sheet. Please sign the return the signature sheet with your child's report card. You also will find the School, Parent and Family Engagement Plan in your child's report card folder. Please review this and keep it for your records.

Please join us for our Annual Title I Meeting on Wednesday 10/7. This event will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There will be two Google Meetings held. BMS will hold their Title I Technology Night on Thursday 3/12 at 6 PM. Please join us to receive information on Infinite Campus, GMAS Resources, PBIS, and other relevant technology that students are using.

Reminder: Please join us for Title I Social Studies Night on 2/13 at 6 pm. Students and parents will participate in a number of curriculum related games and activities!

The Braves have their first home baseball game on Wednesday Feb 12 at 5:30 p.m. The track team has a meet at home on Thursday Feb. 13. Come out and support BMS athletics!

The BMS Social Studies department will host a Title I parent night on Thursday February 13 at 6 p.m. Students and parents are encouraged to join us for a fun night of games and activities!

8th grade:
Please don't forget that we will have 9th grade course registration Thursday, January 30th at 6:00PM at Charlton County High School. Please be at CCHS to meet your homeroom teacher, hear applicable information, choose your courses and have all questions answered.

Please join Bethune Middle School for our Title I Science Night tomorrow, January 16th, at 6 p.m. Students and parents will work together in grade level teams to complete a STEM competition. We would look forward to seeing you!

The Health Department will be giving flu vaccines at BMS on 10/17/19. If your child has not returned a signed permission form, he or she will NOT be able to get the vaccine. If you have questions, please contact the Health Department at 855-473-4374.

During the "Information for Success" session parents will have the opportunity to walk through an abbreviated version of their child's schedule where parents can receive important information from each teacher regarding important resources for parents and students.

Where: We will begin in the BMS Cafeteria and breakout by grade level after our brief Annual Title I Meeting
